I belong to Romance Writers of America, Iowa Romance Novelists, Sisters in Crime.  I have published in short fiction in a magazine by John Gaps III – a Pulitzer Prize winning photo-journalist, I wrote monthly articles in Women’s Edition magazine, and had a slice of life column in a local newspaper. This blog is meant to motivate writers, promote authors, and encourage readers.

I have been married for many years and we have two grown children. We currently share our home with our son’s cat Sadie, who decided to stay with us when he moved out.
